- Now I understand why they decided to use DD instead of HD. Thanks to Jason Compton.
- PC Drives 1.44 are able (not under ms-dos) to read/write Amiga DD disks.
- They are unexpensive and availables.

- If now the Amiga standards drop again to DD there will remain a lot of compatibility
- inside Amiga anyway. In few months the 1.44 disks will become the new standard for Amiga, with the DD 880 just for compatibility.

- 90% I use my drive to transfer data between Amiga and Unix, using ms-dos disks.
- Of course we will loose something for a while, but I think it's the right way.
